Booking Policy – T Scalp Therapy & Spa

At T Scalp Therapy & Spa, each ritual is thoughtfully prepared just for you. To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and relaxing experience, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy before scheduling your visit.
Booking Appointments
  • Appointments must be booked in advance online.

  • A deposit (amount varies by service) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due in-store after your appointment/service is completed.

  • We accept major credit cards, digital gift cards, and credit issued through our website.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • For individual bookings, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • For group bookings and package sessions, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

  • Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments without notice, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • You may reschedule your appointment once if proper notice is provided.

Group Bookings & Add-On Services

We love helping you celebrate special moments with friends and loved ones. For group experiences, please keep the following in mind:

  • Booking Window: Group appointments with add-on services (such as decorations, desserts, or champagne) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance so we can prepare everything thoughtfully.

  • Using Packages: Guests who have purchased Relaxation Rituals Packages (Calm, Balance, Restore & Glow) may apply their package sessions toward the amount required for a group booking, provided they have an active account with us. Please note that add-on services are not included in packages and will be charged separately.

Late Arrivals

We understand delays can happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

  • If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next guest.

  • For services over 60 minutes, we may adjust your session if possible.

  • For 60-minute services, we may not be able to adjust timing and the deposit will still apply.

  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to ease into your ritual.

Packages & Website Credit
  • All packages, website credit, and gift cards are considered final sale and non-refundable.

  • Credit and gift cards may be transferred between clients but cannot be redeemed for cash or used as a monetary refund.

  • There is no expiration date on any packages or credit issued through our website.

  • Packages and credit can be applied toward eligible treatments or retail products.

Wellness Considerations

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to reschedule your appointment with understanding and care.
