Welcome to the T Scalp Therapy & Spa membership program. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By enrolling in our membership, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals 18 years or older.

Minors may participate only with parental or legal guardian consent
2. Membership Enrollment & Information

You must provide accurate and complete information upon enrollment and keep it current.

Membership is personal and non-transferable.
3. Membership Benefits
-
Benefits include priority booking, discounted services, exclusive promotions, and other perks described in your membership plan.

Benefits and pricing are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

Memberships do not guarantee appointment availability; scheduling is subject to spa capacity.
4. Payment Terms

There are no membership fees. Customers only pay for services scheduled and delivered.

Full payment is due at the time services are completed on the day of the appointment.

A deposit may be required when booking certain appointments. You will be notified in advance if a deposit is necessary.

We offer prepaid service packages which may provide discounted pricing or added benefits. These packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods as listed at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any booked or prepaid services will be honored at the rate agreed upon at the time of purchase.
5. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

All clients, whether registered members or non-members, are welcome to book appointments.

Clients are encouraged to book in advance to ensure their preferred date and time are available.

Missing an appointment does not result in loss of membership status or service credits.
-
However, failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance may result in a no-show penalty fee.

The no-show fee will be communicated at the time of booking and must be paid before rebooking future appointments.

Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited access to future booking privileges.
6. Health & Safety Representations

Clients agree to accurately disclose any existing health conditions, scalp or skin sensitivities, recent surgeries, or other medical concerns that may affect the treatment.

Our services are non-medical and not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

If you are under the care of a physician or dermatologist, we encourage you to consult them prior to receiving scalp or LED treatments.

By receiving services at T Scalp Therapy & Spa, you confirm that you are in appropriate health to undergo spa treatments and that you assume all responsibility for any risks or outcomes associated with your personal health status.

We maintain strict hygiene standards and use only clean, sanitized, and professional-grade tools and products to ensure client safety.

T Scalp Therapy & Spa reserves the right to refuse or modify service if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for a client’s health condition
7. Limitation of Liability

T Scalp Therapy & Spa uses only high-quality and professional-grade products and equipment, including Keravive Hydrafacials and LED light therapy, which are widely regarded as safe and effective for scalp care and wellness.

While our services are designed to promote a healthier scalp and may contribute to improved hair appearance and potential hair growth, individual results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge that T Scalp Therapy & Spa, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any adverse reactions or results that may occur due to undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or improper aftercare.

T Scalp Therapy & Spa will not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or products.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your treatment is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Privacy

Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By enrolling, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms with 30 days’ notice via email or on our website. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of changes.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by California law.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California.
