Experience stillness together with our Calm Group Ritual, T Scalp Therapy & Spa’s signature headspa. This 60 minute group relaxation experience is designed for 2 to 4 guests and features gentle scalp cleansing, aromatherapy, and tension melting massage to quiet the mind and refresh the senses. Perfect for couples or friends seeking a shared moment of calm. Self care is even more meaningful when shared. For Relaxation Headspa services, we offer special group pricing for shared rituals. Two guests receive 15 percent off per guest, three guests receive 20 percent off per guest, and four guests receive 25 percent off per guest. Add on available for celebrations. Cancellation Policy
At T Scalp Therapy & Spa, each ritual is thoughtfully prepared just for you. To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and relaxing experience, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy before scheduling your visit. *Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked online at your convenience. A valid credit card or deposit (amount depends on the service selected) is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied toward your service at checkout. *Cancellations & Rescheduling: Life happens—we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • For group bookings and package sessions, 48 hours’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations. *Group Bookings & Add-On Services: We love helping you celebrate special moments with friends and loved ones. For group experiences, please keep the following in mind: • Booking Window: Group appointments with add-on services (such as decorations, desserts, or champagne) must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance so we can prepare everything thoughtfully. • Cancellations: To honor the time reserved, group bookings require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Late Changes: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • Using Packages: Guests who have purchased Relaxation Rituals Packages (Calm, Balance, Restore & Glow) may apply their package sessions toward the amount required for a group booking, provided they have an active account with us. Please note that add-on services are not included in packages and will be charged separately. *Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next guest. We will always do our best to provide your full experience whenever possible. *Arrival Time: We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to relax and ease into your ritual. First-time guests will be asked to complete a short intake form prior to their session. *Packages: All prepaid packages never expire and may be used at your convenience. *Wellness Considerations: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to reschedule your appointment with understanding and care.
