Service Description
A special day for you and your little one. Share a relaxing spa day together with an experience thoughtfully designed for both Mom and child. While Mom enjoys a personalized head spa treatment, your little one receives a gentle spa experience created especially for children. It's a meaningful way to slow down, unwind, and create lasting memories together. Mommy & Me Headspa Day is thoughtfully designed for children ages 4–12. Children should be comfortable lying on the treatment bed independently and participating in quiet activities while Mom completes her treatment. Children 13 years and older are encouraged to enjoy one of our regular Head Spa Relaxation services, which are designed for teens and adults. Mom includes: - Personalized scalp analysis - Oil cleanse - Double shampoo & nourishing conditioner - Oxygen steam hydration - Relaxing scalp massage - Waterfall rinse - pH-balancing scalp tonic - Light blow dry Little One includes: - Gentle scalp cleanse - Double shampoo & nourishing conditioner - Gentle scalp massage - Waterfall rinse - Gentle face wash - Light blow dry - Simple hair styling (braid, ponytail, or age-appropriate style) - Juice after the treatment - Fun/Quiet activity while Mom finishes relaxing
Cancellation Policy
At T Scalp Therapy & Spa, each ritual is thoughtfully prepared just for you. To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and relaxing experience, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy before scheduling your visit. *Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked online at your convenience. A valid credit card or deposit (amount depends on the service selected) is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied toward your service at checkout. *Cancellations & Rescheduling: Life happens—we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. - For group experiences, 48 hours’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations. *Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next guest. We will always do our best to provide your full experience whenever possible. *Arrival Time: We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to relax and ease into your ritual. First-time guests will be asked to complete a short intake form prior to their session. *Packages: All prepaid packages never expire and may be used at your convenience. *Wellness Considerations: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to reschedule your appointment with understanding and care.
